We offer both residential and small business cleaning services for Fort Lauderdale / Broward County residents and businesses in various packages to fit nearly any budget.

Residential

  No contract required - At DS Cleaning & Maid Service, we offer daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly service, with service plans designed specifically for your residence. Your home is divided into zones, and one zone is thoroughly detailed at each visit until all the zones have been cleaned thoroughly.

  We respect your art and antiques -Our teams are trained to clean these valuables with the utmost care. However—if you prefer—we happily accommodate "please don't touch" requests; just let us know which items you'd prefer us not to handle.

  Residential Cleaning Programs -A majority of our clientele have come to appreciate our Platinum Package: Residential Rotational System for its comprehensive, worry-free design. We also offer another package for occasional and one-time needs. The following explains each of our cleaning packages:



Platinum Package: Residential Rotational System - The Platinum Residential Rotational System is the ultimate cleaning program, equivalent to the most thorough cleaning imaginable. Using a 46-point service checklist which we further personalize to match your home and desires, this system offers a comprehensive cleaning experience and may include windows, refrigerator interior, oven interior, etc.—as desired, truly leaving no surface unattended. Spring Cleaning and Move In/Move Out Services - This is a one-time Platinum visit during which a crew cleans the entire premises in just one day. Price based on square footage and degree of service needed. Includes detailed cleaning, such as inside empty cabinets, etc. Great when moving into/out of rental property, or when an extremely thorough and fast result is needed. SMALL-MEDIUM BUSINESSES

• We didn't plan to be in the commercial cleaning business—it just turned out that way! In response to frequent requests from our clientele to keep their business environments maintained as beautifully as their homes, DS Cleaning & Maid Service also offers Commercial Cleaning Services.

  You’ll experience the same Fresh, Green and Pristine(SM) environment in your office that you already enjoy at home.

  The process is the same as for our residential services-we visit your site to develop an Action Plan, determine the frequency of our visits, and document any specifics you might have. Although we’re happy to empty the wastebaskets while we’re cleaning, please don’t think of DS as a janitorial service, but rather, as a provider of high-end hotel-caliber cleaning to protect your company’s employees, clients, guests—and, most importantly, its image.

  Additionally, if you operate a nursing home, school, or day care center, consider the marketing advantages of your green cleaning program, using only eco-friendly, human- and pet-safe products and devices to eliminate germs and render the site beautifully clean.

Recurring Services:

• 1. Platinum Package: Deluxe Add-on Rotational System
  
  The Platinum Deluxe Rotational system is the ultimate cleaning program, equivalent to the most thorough cleaning imaginable. Using a 83 point service checklist which we further personalize to match your cleaning needs. Along with the basics of the Platinum General Maintenance system, with the Deluxe Add-on package we will detail one room during your regular cleaning visits, hand-washing your ceiling fans and light fixtures, washing baseboards, wall marks/fingerprints and switch plates, steam cleaning the floors and more.   2. Platinum Package: General Maintenance System
  
  The Platinum General Maintenance System is our basic maintenance service. Using a 51 point service checklist we maintain all areas of your home – we say basic but with this service we dust ceilings for cobwebs, dust fans and light fixtures, dust window sills and lock ledges and baseboards. Our maids will also dust picture frames and display items, dust and polish furniture, vacuum and mop floors and maintain your kitchen and bathrooms.  (Click to view PDF checklist)
  

One-time cleaning:

• 1. Platinum Spring Cleaning
  
  This is our most popular service! We have a specialized crew dedicated to perform these one-time cleanings – it’s all they do! During a Spring Cleaning visit we hand wash your light fixtures and ceiling fans, hand wash all your doors, cabinet fronts, baseboards, moldings and trim. Blinds, shutters, A/C vents, carpets edges will be hand-vacuumed. We will also hand wash your shelves, picture frames, light switch plates and décor items. Of course, we will focus on any build up in the bathrooms and kitchen. This package also includes steam cleaning hard floor surfaces throughout the entire house! (click to view PDF checklist)
  
  

  2. Move In/Out Services
