Our multi-cultural, multi-lingual principals and staff adhere to the highest ethical standards, and our employees have been trained to achieve a high level of performance. Each is expected to comply with the company’s 14 Points of Culture and agree to its Code of Ethics (available upon request). These precepts set forth the values, responsibilities, and performance expectations that our employees are to uphold, as well as teaching them to recognize the value of excellent client service. Additionally, each undergoes a two-week training program to become a Quality Control Expert.
